Strengths School’s I’mAGENIUS™ aims to equip, energize and empower students into becoming masterful stewards of their own talents. By helping students build greater self-awareness, students will understand how they are innately wired, which will empower them to tap on their intrinsic motivators to sustain high levels of performance in their academics as well as develop socio-emotional skills to build strong relationships.
Team Genius
Strengths School’s TeamGENIUS™ aims to equip, energize and empower students for effective relationships and teamwork. They will learn to identify existing and potential conflicts through their strengths lenses, as well as learn conflict management techniques. They will learn and understand the domain talent themes of their friends through facilitated discussions.
Leadership Genius
Strengths School’s LeadershipGENIUS™ aims to equip, energize and empower students for effective leadership. They will learn to identify their unique leadership styles as well as how to own their developmental journeys. Through this, they will become more confident and able to lead others more effectively.
Career Genius
Strength School’s CareerGENIUS™ aims to equip, energize and empower students for effective industrial experiences. They will learn to identify and use strengths vocabulary in learning to construct a Strengths-based personal statement for applications to undergraduate scholarships, prospective universities, or employers.
