Strengths School’s LeadershipGENIUS™ aims to equip, energize and empower students for effective leadership. They will learn to identify their unique leadership styles as well as how to own their developmental journeys. Through this, they will become more confident and able to lead others more effectively. 

We offer a customisable program that can meet the needs of your school's objectives when it comes to using strengths to develop leaders.

•Greater Self-Awareness for Students: When you know who you are and how you uniquely value-add to the team, you bring authenticity in the way you work and influence others – and in turn, you build an environment for those around you to be the best versions of themselves. Through learning about their domain talent themes, students will gain a deeper understanding of how they’re wired, which will empower them for greater personal development, self-leadership, and peer-leadership.

•Increase in Personal Leadership Capacity (Leading Self): Students will learn about how their strengths when used in selfish and immature ways can result in negative consequences rather than being a blessing to others. Students will learn how they can grow their Strengths towards maturity and grow in their personal development.

•Increase in Leadership Capacity (Leading Others): We all lead and influence others differently. Students will learn about their own leadership styles and how they can intentionally use their Strengths to influence others in their own authentic ways. They will also learn how to apply the principles of strengths-based leadership to develop self and others.
