OUTLINE

Every team is made up of individuals with different unique working styles. High-performing teams are able to effectively communicate these differences to maximise collaboration and manage conflict within the team.

Using the Gallup® CliftonStrengths Assessment Tool (StrengthsFinder®), teams can identify their dominant talent themes (areas of strengths) and understand how they can best complement each other to achieve their desired goals.

This program is designed to help teams understand the strengths of each team member and how they can work alongside each other with a deep knowledge of how each person plays their role in the team.
