Sarah is a Certified Strengths School™ Coach who is passionate to see young people being empowered and being developed. She leads others from her ability to tell stories and to offer encouragement.
Having Communication as her first Strength, she was often called out for talking too much back in her Secondary school days. Despite being the life of the party, she was often misunderstood as being someone who tried too hard. When she discovered CliftonStrengths®, everything became clearer to her - questions she wasn’t able to answer about the complaints she received growing up, to understanding why she does things a certain way. With this gift of Strengths, Sarah is inspired and hungry to help others find what makes them come alive and to channel that into something positive and productive.
As a former Show Presenter and animal trainer at the Singapore Zoo, Sarah leverages on her ability to engage students in a workshop with her interesting stories of doing presentations with animals. With the skill set and experience in public speaking and presentation, she effortlessly captivates her audience through her sharings.
Sarah is charismatic and has a bubbly personality, which helps students connect with her easily and they often enjoy their time with her during workshops. She is a very energetic and encouraging trainer who has conducted Strengths Profiling cohort workshops for Hwa Chong Institution, Unity Secondary, Bukit Batok Secondary, ITE Colleges, ACS Barker Road, Methodist Girls’ School, and School of Science and Technology. Sarah is very versatile and can engaged students from Express, Normal streams very effectively.
On top of the training she does at workshops, Sarah is also the Creatives Head in Strengths School™. From filming, editing videos, to creating brochures, designing instagram posts, and even website building, she has a keen eye in design and loves seeing her work come to life!
