Madelia is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach in Singapore who focuses on Youth Development in Strengths School™. Through her 12 years of being a leader (including being Head Prefect in her Secondary School), Madelia attended many personality and skill-based workshops. Madelia saw how CliftonStrengths® stood out in helping individuals identify their thought processes, feelings and behaviors. She believes that this is vital to developing one’s self-awareness and potential, especially when working in a team. Because of her passion in coaching youths and children with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths®, StrengthsQuest™ and StrengthsExplorer®, Madelia attended the Gallup’s Accelerated Coaching Program and became the World’s Youngest Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Madelia's vast experience working with youth and children stands out among her peers. She has already successfully led and facilitated CliftonStrengths® workshops and Student Development programs for many different Singapore schools such as Marsiling Secondary, Catholic Junior College, Nanyang Junior College, Serangoon Junior College, Methodist Girls School, Gan Eng Seng School, Northland Secondary, Marsiling Secondary and National University of Singapore. She has also facilitated many youth leadership CliftonStrengths® programs for different Singapore churches including Church of Our Saviour, Anglican Diocese of Singapore, Covenant Presbyterian Church and Bukit Panjang Methodist Church.

In her free time, Madelia serves actively in her church as a volunteer small group leader to youth & young adults. The experience of facilitating small group discussions weekly prepared Madelia to be an effective Strengths School™ facilitator, particularly in engaging young people. Madelia also enjoys singing and serves as a worship leader in her church. Her experience on the platform hones her public speaking skills and makes her an engaging Trainer for the youth and students.
