Over the past decade and a half, Konain has driven measurable business impact and fostered strong team cultures by combining strengths-based practices with practical leadership strategies. From launching CRM rollouts to leading retail sales and people excellence programs, his career has spanned both two-wheel and four-wheel luxury brands. At Harley-Davidson and Porsche, he led large-scale training and development initiatives, built high-performing sales teams, and championed strengths coaching across regional markets.
