Felicia is a Certified Strengths School™ Coach and our very trusted Finance Coordinator. Having been a teacher for 11 years in a Junior College, Felicia has an amazing ability to connect and understand students and teachers alike. She is also a mother of 3 teenagers.

Her time with Strengths School since 2019 has allowed for her to use her strengths of Individualization, Deliberative, Restorative, Relator and Achiever in her day-to-day tasks. She helps the team stay focused on projects at hand, identify problems, and solve them. At the end of a workday, she unwinds by crocheting and reading.

Felicia has also been able to relive her teaching days by facilitating in workshops conducted with Bukit Batok Secondary School, ACS (Barker Road), CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School, Methodist Girls' School, and Zhenghua Secondary School. Apart from training, Felicia also manages all of Strengths School™’s administrations. She is extremely meticulous and works endlessly towards our success.
