StrengthsFinder Significance ‘magic wand’ from a Singapore cafe

Was out with my daughter and she was feeling restless in a café, so I got a few straws and made her a magic wand (not from Mattel)

I remember doing this eons ago and surprisingly still remembered how to!

She was very pleased with my work and immediately assumed the role of a Barbie Princess with a magic wand.

When it comes to being a star, people gifted with Significance can very comfortably assume that role and play it well. They get energized by the attention that is on them and become immediately productive in the task at hand.

From the StrengthsFinder definition of Significance: You want to be heard. You want to stand out. You want to be known.

You are a star! So let your magic shine on those around you. Be in your element and go SUPERNOVA!
