StrengthsFinder ideation found not in Singapore, but in Hainan (#China) in the form of a Liger

They are majestic looking. Faint dark strips, golden brown fur and spotting a “baby” mane.

This creature’s existence is found only in captivity and never in the wild. It is birthed from 2 top predator species - Lion Father + Tiger Mother. These 2 animals would most probably maul each other in the wild. Instead in captivity, they just get ‘wild’ and gently maul ❤.

In the world, Ligers are the BIGGEST CATS. They are vastly bigger than either parent species and have been recorded to weigh 900 lbs!

When I heard about this species, the first thing I thought about was that the zoo-mad-scientist-keeper most probably had the StrengthsFinder Talent ideation

Described best by the StrengthsFinder definition of ideation
“An idea is a connection. Yours is the kind of mind that is always looking for connections, and so you are intrigued when seemingly disparate phenomena can be linked by an obscure connection”.

Definitely a 'disparate phenomena’ with an 'obscure connection’.

People talented with Ideation love to form hybrids. They love mixing concepts and ideas in an alchemy of possibilities. Experimenting, doodling and discovering are things that come naturally to one with ideation. So why not mix cat breeds to form a hybrid? The Liger was an experiment waiting to happen. It was just a matter of time, resources and perhaps tourism dollar.

To my amazement, I also saw a male Tiger in the cage together with a female leopard
