StrengthsFinder Connectedness: Singapore SAJC (Saint Andrew’s Junior College)

Together with @victor_seet & @_aliciajoy, we went to SAJC to share about StrengthsFinder

While there, we walked pass this phrase on the wall and I think we all saw the same StrengthsFinder talent - Connectedness

People gifted with the Connectedness talent might probably have this motto in life - No one is here by chance

They are able to see the “BIG-macro-universe-picture” in the WHYs, WHATs & WHOs that happen in life

When it comes to relationships, they see themselves as part of a community. Instead of classifying themselves as individuals, they would rather relate to being

a member of the community
a child of Singapore
a citizen of the world or in extremes
a spark in the collective cosmos

And when it comes to matters of chance, there is a deeper weaving of purpose rather than statistical randomness

As seen in the StrengthsFinder Connectedness definition: People exceptionally talented in the Connectedness StrengthsFinder theme have faith in the links among all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has meaning.

So if you are reading this, it is not by chance.

We are connected through the Matrix. Waiting for a saviour - Neo
