StrengthsFinder Leadership: Leading with your Strengths

Shared about #leadership and how different each person's leadership style actually is. Many fall into the trap of trying to be their greatest influence, or even their boss. That's always a great idea at the start, but when you strive to express your own unique 'flavor' of leadership, things can get quite uncomfortable and we might even lose sight of our identity in the process

According to #Gallup and the StrengthsFinder framework, we should discover what really drives us and what our innate source of fulfillment really is. Then we can start to excel in an exponential gradient rather than a painful and gradual incline.

Many came to thank me for lifting their old paradigm and giving them a new one. One that starts from your own true & pure source of purpose and motivation - your strengths

Additional comments:
It's truly a great honor for me to be the first StrengthsFinder Coach to introduce the StrengthsFinder framework to the ASEAN organization. I look forward to partnering closely with the different ASEAN communities in equipping our region's future leaders to start leading with their strengths!
