Outline:

The most effective leaders are always investing in strengths. In the workplace, when an organization's leadership fails to focus on individuals' strengths, the odds of an employee being engaged are a dismal 1 in 11 (9%). But when an organization's leadership focuses on the strengths of its employees, the odds soar to almost 3 in 4 (73%). When leaders focus on and invest in their employees' strengths, the odds of each person being engaged goes up eightfold. Using the StrengthsFinder® Profiling Tool and the Strengths-Based Leadership framework, this course will empower leaders to effectively engage and motivate each of their team members and build a high-performance team culture.

Objectives:

  • Understand your StrengthsFinder themes and what your unique leadership style is

  • Learn how to optimise your performance,   enhance relationships at work and at home, and boost professional fulfilment using the strengths paradigm

  • Diagnose the factors of disengagement and   what you as a leader can do about it from a   strengths-based developmental perspective

Duration

  • 2 full days (7 hours each day)

Suitable FOR:

  • Leadership development (leaders and managers)

“The workshop helped me understand my own strengths and the importance of knowing how to capitalize on them, whether at work or on a personal basis. The Strengthsfinder workshop is different from any others in that the content covered focused on strengths rather than weaknesses. The trainers were engaging and able to capture the audience’s attention very well. Great job!”
