That's always a great idea at the start, but when you strive to express your own unique 'flavor' of leadership, things can get quite uncomfortable and we might even lose sight of our identity in the process
According to #Gallup and the StrengthsFinder framework, we should discover what really drives us and what our innate source of fulfillment really is. Then we can start to excel in an exponential gradient rather than a painful and gradual incline.
